1 c. cheese cracker crumbs
2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 c. chopped broccoli (steamed till crisp-tender)
Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir well. Pour into greased 3-quart casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Bake uncovered. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
