6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Put all ingredients into a blender. Cover. Blend at high speed for 1 minutes, stopping to stir down once. Bake pancakes on a greased griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each. Makes 20 4-inch pancakes. These pancakes may be spread with strawberry jam, rolled up and dusted with confectioners' sugar. They are very good! Yields 20 pancakes.
