1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
Beat eggs with fork. Slowly add flour, beating constantly. Stir in salt, milk and melted margarine. Grease an 8x11-inch pan (or a 9x13-inch pan for thinner pancakes), and pour batter in. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake 10 more minutes. The shape is different every time and it is fun to bake and serve. Must be served immediately after baking. Serve with syrup.
