Cake: Sugar Cream Cake

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. softened margarine
2 eggs
1 8-oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 eggs

Mix first three items.  Spread in 9x13-inch greased pan.  Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar.  Spread over batter.  Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
