Appetizer: Pizza Rye Snacks

1 pkg. or more of cocktail rye bread
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown the two meats, drain off grease.  Cut cheese into cubes and melt in pan with meat.  Cook at low heat until cheese has melted.  Place bread on cookie sheet and put 1 tablespoon or more of mixture per slice of bread.  Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on each one and freeze.  When well frozen put in bags and save until needed.  Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.  Keep meat and cheese mixture warm.  It is easier to spread on the bread.  Can be decorated with olives, mushrooms, pimento, etc.
