1 sm. can Armour chili (no beans)
1/2 lb. hamburger
Garlic powder (to taste)
Chili powder (to taste)
Brown hamburger and drain well. Melt cheese, mix all ingredients and heat in crockpot on low heat. Serve with plain tortilla or nacho chips.
