Appetizer: Hot Chili "N" Cheese Dip

2 cans chili without beans
1 sm. can jalapenos
1 pkg. County Line colby cheese

In large skillet heat chili and jalapeno over medium heat.  Cut cheese in chunks and add.  Stir until cheese is melted.  Serve hot with taco chips.
