1 can tomatoes (chopped)
1 can Ortega chopped green chilies
6 green onions (chopped)
1 T. minced garlic
1 T. salad oil
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. crushed red chilies
1 tsp. crushed oregano
Heat last 6 ingredients for about 5 minutes. Mix with remaining ingredients, and chill. Use as dip with taco chips.
