Appetizer: Hot Chipped Beef Dip

3 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 green pepper (chopped fine)
10 oz. chipped dry beef
3 T. horseradish

Blend cream cheese and sour cream.  Add other ingredients.  Put in shallow baking dish.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Serve hot or cold with crackers.
