2 lg. onions
1 clove garlic
1 sm. green pepper
1 stick butter
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 T. flour
6 or 7 drops Tabasco sauce
2 T. chili powder
1 T. seasoned salt
Chop onions and garlic, saute for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and green peppers. Cook till tender. Add cheese and flour, cook till smooth. Add rest of ingredients. Keep warm. Serve with taco chips or tortilla chips.
