1 pkg. dried beef (chopped)
2 T. onion flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. milk
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 T. butter
Combine cheese and milk. Stir in green pepper, onion flakes and seasonings. Fold in beef and sour cream. Spoon into shallow baking dish. Heat pecans in butter and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Can be served cold or reheated. Serve with crackers.
