Appetizer: Chicken Log

2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 T. steak sauce (A-1)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
15 oz. or 1 1/2 c. minced cooked chicken
1/3 c. minced celery
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. chopped toasted slivered almonds per log

Beat together first 3 ingredients.  Blend in next 2 ingredients and 2 tablespoons parsley.  Shape mixture into logs.  Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours, or overnight.  Toss together remaining parsley and almonds.  Coat the logs with this.  Makes 2 small logs or one large one.  Serve with crackers.
