Zucchini Casserole

8 c. zucchini
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. onion
1 pkg. chicken Stove Top dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
Cheese

Parboil zucchini, carrots and onion. Add rest of ingredients. Top with cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350.
