1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 mild onion
3 stalks celery
1 8-oz. can bamboo shoots
Almost 1/2 c. soy sauce
2 T. honey
1 can chicken broth
1/2 lb. young spinach leaves
Cut steak diagonally across grain into very thin slices, also the celery, mushrooms and onion. Drain the bamboo shoots. In heavy frying pan fry meat over quite high heat. Add all ingredients (except spinach). Simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach. Toss and heat for 5 minutes. Vegetables should be crisp. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 4.
