2 to 3 c. cooked rice
3 c. cut up turkey or chicken
Gravy
Diced celery
Diced tomatoes
Grated cheese
Green onions, chopped
2 cans crushed pineapple
Coconut
2 pkgs. sliced almonds
Make gravy with 3 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup juice of chicken or turkey, and 1 cup water. Each person prepares his own plate, stacking in order given. Place maraschino cherry on top if you like. Serves 10.
