Taco-style ground beef
Grated cheese
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions
Croutons
Chopped lettuce
Sliced mushrooms
Refried beans
Hot taco sauce
Yogurt or sour cream
Top the baked potatoes (cut in half) with salt, pepper, butter and a little salad dressing (optional). Then top with any of the above condiments which are set out in individual bowls. This is a complete meal in itself. Serve with dinner rolls if desired.
