2 tsp. salt
1 liter (4 1/2 c. milk)
5 dl. (2 1/4 c.) flour
Mix ingredients and let stand for about 1 hour. Fry in the frying pan with margarine or butter. Use very little mixture so you can "almost see through" the pancake. Serve with strawberry jam. Makes about 25. Use 8-inch skillet set on medium heat.
