Frosting: 3-6-9 Icing

3 T. butter
6 T. cream
9 T. brown sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring to boil the butter and brown sugar.  Cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.  Add cream and boil till mixture is smooth.  Cool and add vanilla and powdered sugar.  If too thick, add more cream.
