Casserole: Veg-All Casserole

2 cans Veg-All (drained)
1/2 c. onions (heat together)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 eggs (beaten)
1 stack Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine (melted)

Mix first 5 ingredients in a 9x13-inch baking dish.  Crush Ritz crackers and mix with the melted margarine.  Put on top of vegetables and bake until bubbly.  Bake at 325.
