Cake: Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour milk
1 T. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
4 T. (1/4 c.) cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. grated zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream together butter, oil and sugar.  Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.  Combine flour, baking powder, soda and spices.  Add to oil mixture.  Stir in the grated zucchini.  Pour into greased and floured pans.  Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.  Bake in 13x9-inch pan or two loaf pans for 40 to 45 minutes at 325.  May also be baked in tube pan for 55 minutes.
