1 T. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
60 oz. Hunt's Tomato Sauce
45 oz. red kidney beans (do not drain)
8 oz. cheddar cheese
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 T. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. curry
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. red wine
2 T. hot Mexican chili powder (for mild spice)
Saute onions in olive oil and a 6-quart pot. Brown and drain ground beef, then add to onions. Add all other ingredients, and simmer until cheese is melted.
