Soup: Egg Drop Soup

3 c. chicken broth
1 green onion, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
pepper, garlic powder, or other spices you like

Heat broth to boiling.  Add onion.  Slowly add beaten eggs and spices.  Keep stirring.  Soup is ready when eggs are cooked.
