2 c. milk
3 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. dried mint (optional)
1 T. lemon juice (optional)
Mix yogurt, milk, water, and salt in a blender. Add mint or lemon juice if you wish.
Recipe Note: This is a drink used with a Middle Eastern meal.
