1 can roasted red peppers
1 can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1 clove garlic, crushed
black pepper
2 medium zucchini
Mix feta cheese, roasted red peppers, chick peas, crushed garlic and black pepper, to taste, in food processor. Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out center. Fill with mixture and cut in 1/2-inch slices and place on serving plate.
