Appetizer: Velvety Fruit Dip

16 oz. sour cream
1 c. half-and-half
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Combine all ingredients and chill for 24 hours to blend flavors.  Serve with strawberries, melon balls, pineapple chunks, grapes, banana chunks, apple pieces.
