1 (1-oz.) pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
1 jar pimentos, finely chopped
1/2 c. fresh red pepper, diced
1 can black olives, sliced (small can)
4 flour tortillas (12" size)
Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up. Chill 2 hours. Cut into 1/2" to 3/4" slices.
