1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 T. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle chili sauce
1 (10-oz.) jar grape jelly
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together. Shape into small-size meatballs. Brown and pour off fat. Remove meatballs from pan. In the same pan mix the chili sauce and grape jelly. Mix until the grape jelly is melted, then add meatballs and simmer for thirty (30) minutes. Electric skillet is good to use. Yield: 10 servings.
