Appetizer: Stuffed Potato Shells

8 leg. potatoes, scrubbed
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Sm. bunch scallions, sliced thin
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook potatoes with oil; bake at 420 for 12-15 minutes.  Take out flesh of potatoes; don't break skins.  Save potatoes for mashed potatoes, etc.  Put shells under broiler 3-5 minutes.  Mix all other ingredients.  Fill shells and bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.  You can add other toppings.  You might like sour cream, avocado, bacon bits, etc.
