Appetizer: Spinach Dip

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped fine
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, drained and squeezed
1 pkg. vegetable soup mix

Mix all together.  Put in covered container in refrigerator.  Let set several hours or overnight.  Serve in a round bread with the center pulled out and laid on a tray beside the loaf.
