Appetizer: Spinach Balls

2 boxes chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 lg. onion, diced
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. oleo, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all together.  Chill.  Shape into small balls.  Bake 20 minutes at 350.
