Appetizer: Olive Balls

1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. soft butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 c. flour
36 to 40 olives

Grate cheese and let soften - blend in butter and paprika.  Work in flour until smooth and a deep yellow color.  Let stand for 15 minutes.  Pinch 1 teaspoonful off, roll in palm and flatten.  Place around a well-drained olive.  Chill for ten minutes or freeze.  Heat at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes, 30 if frozen.
