1 jar Roka bleu cheese
2 jars Old English sharp cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 to 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. chopped dried beef
Using the electric mixer, cream and blend 2 packages of cream cheese. Blend in the jars of cheese with cream cheese mixture. Beat in garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in by hand with rubber scraper, the chopped beef with cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
