Appetizer: Low Calorie Vegetable Dip

2 c. cottage cheese
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
2 tsp. minced dried onion
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix in blender till smooth.  May add 1 jar processed cheese.  Yield: 2 to 2 1/4 cups.
