Appetizer: Biscuit Munchies

1 lb. Italian sausage

3 c. biscuit mix

3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes. Great as an appetizer. Makes a bunch.
