4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. Bake in a sheet pan at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Frost with the following:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 sticks softened butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix well and spread on cooled cake.
