Dessert: Coffee Cake

1 c. starter
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp. soda
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Pour into greased 9x9 inch pan.  Top with mixture of: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons oleo, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. (Optional: add drained fruit to topping before putting on cake.)  Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.  (Optional: let cake raise 15 to 20 minutes before baking.)
