Beverage: Protein Shake

1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla or other flavoring

Blend in the blender until mixed.  Excellent drink 1 hour before an athletic event.
