1 (6 7/8-oz.) env. sugar sweetened lemonade mix (1 c.)
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 qt. lemon sherbet
2 (16-oz.) bottles (4 c.) grapefruit carbonated beverage, chilled
Stir cold water into lemonade mix. Stir in pineapple juice. Stir half sherbet to soften. Blend into lemonade mix. Scoop remaining sherbet atop. Pour in grapefruit beverage.
