crackers, cocktail-sized bread slices, or mini bagels
1/2 c. red onion, thinly sliced
lemon slices
fresh dill sprigs
Arrange smoked salmon, a small bowl of Herbed Cream Cheese and bread or crackers on a medium-sized serving platter. Garnish with red onion, lemon slices, and dill.
Herbed Cream Cheese:
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 T. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed
4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
Beat all ingredients together until smooth.
