1 lb. bulk hot sausage
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3 T. water
Combine all ingredients with hands. Form into bite-sized balls. (Freeze at this point for future use.) Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Good served warm.
Recipe Note: Not a healthy recipe, but a crowd pleasing appetizer.
