2 (8-oz.) pkgs. lite cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oleo, melted
Cinnamon-sugar mixture (in paper plate)
Cream egg yolks, sugar and softened cream cheese. Trim crust from bread and roll slices very thin. Cut in half and spread each half with cheese mixture. Roll and pinch each end. Dip in melted oleo and in sugar mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze. Before baking frozen rolls may be cut in half. Bake frozen rolls at 400 for 15 minutes. An excellent brunch dish.
