Appetizer: Fruit Dip

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
3 tsp. vanilla

Melt brown sugar and butter together over low heat, stirring.  When sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.  Stir in sour cream and vanilla.  Serve as dip for bite-sized fruit pieces.
